The application has been submitted to Stafford Borough Council and is now live on the planning portal. It proposes an outline planning permission for up to 80 dwellings, with access, landscaping, sustainable drainage and associated infrastructure. The only matter not reserved for later approval is the primary vehicular access from Knightley Road.
The Parish Council says it supports the application and has been working with the developer and local residents since December 2024 to help bring it forward.

The meeting is your opportunity to find out more and ask questions. The deadline for submitting responses to Stafford Borough Council has been extended to 31 July, giving residents time to attend first before having their say. The original deadline of 24 July was pushed back due to the demands of GFest.
